Tomorrow Never Came…

looking through the window - watching rain falling down
and in my heart just loneliness and suffering.
the Storm that destroys outside is nothing to the pain I feel inside.
I can't go nay further, another step will break my heart,
will it always be this way?
I must hold on to what is left to hold on, and wait for Tomorrow to come.
but Tomorrow never came... Why?
the rain is still falling and I'm locked inside - isolated from the rest.
will I have the strength, the strength to break the bound?
will I ever break free? From me?
left alone, stranded, broken inside my heart
...but why do I cry, why do I cry?
...it's just rain - so I smile and brush my tears away.
